Hanne is an associate of SpokenWord Ltd, and is the founder of and Creative director of her own Arts Based Training comapny, Ergo;ego ltd. Hanne and her team are situated in Oslo, Norway.

With her background in the performing arts, Hanne has specialised in teaching people how to manage themselves and create maximum impact in front of audiences. Her teachings in presence, mastering nerves and pressure, and in coming across both verbally and nonverbally in the way you wish to, has been put to use on Leaders, Politicians and Sales personnel across Europe, and also in Asia and the U.S.
At the core of Hannes work, you’ll find the idea that life is a bit more fun if you explore what it is you do that is working for you – and what you could do to get better.
As a fascilitator, she has long experience in creating inspiring sessions where teams or individuals find their way forward as communicators – and have fun along the way.

Hanne is the founder and Creative Director of Ergo;ego ltd, a company which has existed for 11 years. Its core team consist of six members.
Ergo;ego are and have been engaged in long term programmes and trainings with such companies as Siemens, Shell, Statoil, DnB NOR, and Telenor. They also regularly work for Pharmaceutical companies, Lawyers, Norwegian Public sector and for political campaigns.

Hanne was nominated for Entrepeneur of the year in Norway in 2008.
As an actress, Hanne has worked from 1994 in Norway, delivering critically acclaimed lead roles in both musicals, classical and contemporary plays. She has worked for most of the big theatres in Norway, as well as working extensively for TV and film.

She has through these years also been a founding member of the Norwegian Actors Centre, been on the board of the Norwegian Actors Equity, and been on the board of Norways theatrehouse for New Drama – the “Dramatikkens Hus”.
