Frances is Founder and Managing Director of SpokenWord Limited.

Frances Tipper delivers all aspects of business persuasion training for SpokenWord Limited and specialises in Leadership, Negotiation, Presentation, Communication and Public Speaking Skills training and development.

Professional
Frances Tipper’s twenty years of sales and marketing experience began at Reuters, the global financial information provider. She moved from sales divisions and account management into international marketing management, and was responsible for the development and launches of several flagship products worldwide.

Frances moved to general management in the US and, working closely with a Reuters subsidiary in Silicon Valley, created a new group overseeing the development of the first web-based products offered by Reuters. It was in the US that she developed the SpokenWord techniques and trademark methods required for successful business persuasion. Frances created and delivered new training programmes for the Reuters sales force and several US based global accounts.

With a growing reputation for delivering exciting and effective training, Frances left Reuters on her return to London in 2000 to develop and expand the SpokenWord brand and company in Europe.

Background
Frances Tipper was educated at St Bernard's Convent, Berkshire, and Leeds University where she obtained a BA (Hons) degree. She is an accomplished musician.
