Bob Caren is the Managing Director of Carenco Ltd. A business focussed on delivering benefits to business through understanding people, as colleagues, customers or employees and using this knowledge to improve performance and commercial delivery.

The best way to deliver consistently well is to make sure that each project is relevant and impactful to all those involved. It is essential that development is designed for the individual needs of each client and situation. This method has worked extremely well for over 10 years.

Bob Caren has run his own consultancy for over 10 years. In this time he has worked with several industries including pharmaceutical, agriculture, retail, education, chartered surveying, building and commercial property.

Previous to this Bob worked for 12 years in retail in distribution, retail, franchising, buying and merchandising and finally as Marketing Director of Adams Childrenswear Ltd a UK based retailer with over 300 shops in the UK and a large overseas franchise business.

Bob is a skilled coach and facilitator, a highly experienced Market research moderator and analyst and a practicing hypnotist having studied with Richard Bandler and Igor Ledowchowski.

In previous years Bob has demonstrated his ability to adapt his skills to any new industry where the common denominator is people.
