Strategy, Leadership and Project Management

Angela is a dynamic strategy and leadership professional, with over 25 years’ experience of working at board level with both public and private sector organisations. She works with SpokenWord as a specialist executive workshop facilitator, trainer and consultant, focusing on Strategy, Leadership and Project Management programmes.

Angela has worked as a board-level company director with international blue-chip organisations, and has an extensive track record in training, consultancy and executive workshop facilitation with leading global organisations such as AT&T, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BT and various UK government departments. Angela has held senior director-level roles in-house and with leading consulting organisations, and lectureship positions with UK universities and business schools in business strategy, leadership and project management.

Angela began her career in fast-track global management with Reuters, including an international posting to Frankfurt. Angela then worked in international consulting and client management, including executive workshop facilitation, with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and US. Angela then became the youngest appointee to reach an executive grade within AT&T UK, managing a £ multimillion annual budget for strategy, sales and marketing. Angela has also worked as an executive trainer and consultant with Prodata Partners Ltd, London School of Business & Finance, Oxford College of Marketing and many other international institutions.

Angela has MA and BA Honours Degrees (Modern Languages) from the University of Oxford, an MBA with Distinction (Outstanding MBA of the Year Award) from the University of Liverpool, and a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) with Distinction from Henley Management College. Angela speaks German and French, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the Institute of Directors (IOD), and the UK Market Research Society (MRS). Angela has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, Austria and the US.
