Ann works with individuals, teams and organisations to help them identify their potential to be the best they can be and to make them happier and more productive at work and in life.

Ann has worked with Directors and Managers in corporate organisations for over 20 years. She has direct experience of the challenges of change, career development, relationship management and organisational communications.

Ann is creative, astute, insightful and challenging.

Specialisations
Ann specialises in one to one and group coaching and performance management. She also works with individuals to develop their careers and reach their personal goals. She is an expert in working with companies to develop excellent customer service and communication skills.

Over the years, she has worked with BT, AB Agri, Bayer, British Sugar, Dodson and Horrell, CMI, BMJ, Wincanton Morrison, Spire Hospitals.

Professional
Ann began her career with BT working on the newly launched 0800 service. She worked in marketing and in the customer service team before taking up a role to promote the Telex system. She then moved on to marketing switching systems and was the first person to implement a major product withdrawal programme within the company.

After a year out doing her qualifications to become a riding instructor, Ann joined Norwich Union Healthcare and ran their Direct Marketing Team before setting up her own company and working on major market research projects for the telecoms industry. It was during this time she began her NLP training with such luminaries as Ian McDermott, Robert Dilts, Tim Hallbom, Susie Smith and Jan Elfline, leading her to become a Master NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach. Ann uses her NLP skills in her communications and customer service coaching and training to ensure the best results and increased understanding of behaviour.

  • Member of the Association for Coaching and the International Association of Women in Business Coaching
  • NLP Master Practitioner and Coach
  • Accredited to coach High Performing Teams with the UpAGear system
  • BA Hons in Geography
